About Ms. Ferrell

About Me
Hi. I am very excited to teach your children this year. I spent my early childhood years in Wayne County. I was happy to return here in 1998. I  began teaching at Carver Heights  the 1999-2000 school year and consider the school my second home. I am the proud Mother of a wonderful daughter and the proud Aunt of amazing nieces and nephews.  My idea of fun is spending the day with my daughter and in my own time I love reading mysteries and I have read all of t he Harry Potter books more than once! I also enjoy reading nonfictional works as well, my favorite poet is Dr. Maya Angelou.  I am also a huge NASCAR fan!!  I love going to the beach and spending time with my family and pets.
